Fat Earth
Founders gave me autonomy to build Fat Earth's influencer service offering from scratch. I identified and onboarded an influencer platform, created the GTM strategy, sold in influencer SOWs, hired a team to run campaigns, and managed P&L. Influencer program resulted in +$600k net new ARR in 2022.
I then helped build their outbound new business strategy, including: developing ICP, creating targeted messaging, and implementing scalable process that could be managed by the CEO with limited bandwidth.

Partnered with GRIN's executive team and revenue leaders to redesign their agency pricing model to better align it with the buying needs and motivations of agencies.
Project led to an 8x MoM increase in net new Agency ARR and 15% decrease in existing agency churn rate.

Brought on to build creator platform and agency partnerships strategy. In 7 months, I've increased deal pipeline by 500%, and increased average deal size by 25%. Results have positioned company as an acquisition target in 2023 and 2024.
